Being well versed in Indian cooking I can say that everything is perfectly done and delicious. I could eat there everyday if it was possible. The owners are amazing human beings on top of it. You cannot get any better than this anywhere I promise you.
Very good food and the sweetest women over the counter, the few things Ive tried have been prime.
Looove the food!! ordered the chole, delicious fried bread thing that comes w stunningly seasoned garbanzo beans for dipping, was great shared w friends. the mango lassi was a great drink to cool down any spices. at first the price for the samosas seemed steep, but they are large, ones enough per person as a side.
This is the only vegetarian joint anywhere near Napa. For this, alone, they deserve 4 stars. This place is bare bones, no frills, Indian street food. They have a very simple menu with many vegan options (not indicated). The woman that took my order, circled all of the vegan menu items for me. Some of the sweets were vegan, also. The food that I had was fresh and flavorful. I started with a samosa chat and then had chana saag and roti. Service was quick, the food was fresh, hot and flavorful. The prices are very reasonable.
I miss the sweet lady who worked here. I agree with the other two who mention the new cash very bad customer service skills with a floating side of the posture. their presence completely changes the experience.
