Cloud 9 Pho Teatime - Vancouver

Flavors were lovely, generous portions, and all of the meats that came in the combination pho were delicious, probably the best I've had anywhere. Service is good too, and they have plants and an overall cozy environment which I love. The milk tea I got was very good too.

Went here with my family. Food was fast and hot, and incredibly delicious. The drinks were yummy and creamy! Excellent pricing as well.Amazing experience and value.

Had a wonderful time! The teas are such beautiful colors and there are so many choices! I had the sandwich with beef, and oh my god, it was delicious!!! A simple sandwich that had the right amount of meat and the bread was perfect. I Definitely will be going back again!

The steak sandwich ? is delicious.We usually ask for extra meat ?But everything else is perfectly distributed.The popcorn chicken is so tasty yum ?

I'm currently writing this review from the bathroom, as the food I ordered at Cloud 9 didn’t agree with me. I have to admit, it tasted fantastic, but I’ve only eaten here once before without any problems, so maybe this was just an isolated incident? Regardless, the service was absolutely dreadful! The staff was rude and the wait time felt endless. It was the worst customer service I've experienced in quite some time. I might have overlooked the mistakes and delays if it were just that, but they made me feel uncomfortable for mentioning that they added a salty cheese cream to my green tea. Plus, I specifically requested extra hoisin and sriracha sauce, but they didn’t bother to include any. Just a big disappointment all around.
