Place wasn't open when they said it was open in here. Place appears to be closed permanently....

The food was okay but not great. I doubt I'll be back.

My boys and I come here for lunch on those days I want to treat them. We have always had great customer service. Love the free ice-cream sundae that comes with the kids meals!!!

At one time I loved this establishment. Been going to Roses establishments for over 30 years starting with the 122nd location as a child. . Over the years the 192nd location has gone down hill and I stayed away. Thought I would give it another shot today and called for a to go order of soup. I was asked to bring my own bowl to go because they are out. SERIOUSLY? Yep that was my final shot with this restaurant. Don 't know if it is under new ownership and they don 't have to have the same quality as the other Roses restaurants but I will travel to Sherwood where the food and atmosphere is what I remember.

Service was horrible! Out of Rye bread for Rubens. Out of Matsaball soup... Customer left without paying because they couldn't get a bill. Not comming back, don't waste your money.
