Seize The Bagel Cascade Park

We had just run 11 miles and wanted something good to eat. We ordered the Veggie Bagel Sandwich which was clearly marked as vegan. It was excellent. We had it toasted but wished we had not because it was so large we could not get them into our mouths (but we did). We will be back.

We have spread the Greek eggel breakfast sandwich with vegan egg and sweet cream and so delicious woven! they have many options on the menu that can be vegan switched. also a vegan frosted snickerdoodle cookie for later!
