Real Castello - Verduno

The food is excellent and the wine is wonderful. The garden is perfect for lunch or dinner. The staff can be more friendly.

A dinner at the castle is now a must for our annual wine scouting trip in the Langhe...the castle has it all: Wine, historical significance, and a refined restaurant serving local recipes...we took advantage of the white truffles season and had a lovely risotto with it. We also tasted the Giura (old cow and veggie stew)...absolutely perfect. Barolo of Verduno as wine of course!

Love the cocktail bar and the menù, full of vegetarian dishes very tasty! The garden, with jazz music during the weekend is the perfect location for spending a lazy sunday!

We had dinner in the garden, and a drink before. Very nice service but has to be said not many guest that night. Food was very nice and the wine list too as with most restaurants in the region I guess. Maybe a little too expensive, but then again not much.
