Feedback gevenTried it at the end of the summer holidays. We arrived at this restaurant by pure chance and what I want to say is: God bless the queues on the motorway!! In fact, thanks to those, my family and I decided to go out to Prato and look, at random, for a place to have lunch. We were really lucky because we ate like God! Indeed, if we were to return to Florence, I would come and eat at Interludio in Prato! First I had a divine, I don't know how else to define it, risotto, black garlic, red prawns from Mazara and burrata from Andria. A very fresh dish, delicate and perfectly harmonious in its ingredients. I then continued with an excellent tuna tartare with burrata from Andria and olives from Gaeta. To accompany our meal an excellent Conte della Vipera di Antinori from their Umbrian estates. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
