They have many different vegan cheeses and many frozen vegan meals like mozzarella sticks and vegan baked lasagnen. they also have vegan pate, cream cheese and vegan queen.

This is a big load in the city. has a lot of local, island and bc products to choose. many vegan market goods (e.g. about products, tempo) and good products.

I got this business from a recipeist in my hostel (both the load and the hostel were on yates st., so a very favorable situation.) I didn't expect much of this conventional looking super market, but was totally amazed! especially thanks to their large selection of vegan cheese of all kinds. they have everything they might think as a vegan. the few types of vegan muffins (I tried the rosin one) were just one cherry on the top.

The market stores are locally operated families. they have 2 sockets, with yates at millsteam. Millstream location is located in millstream village in langford. the load has a large selection of local products. I also like their variety of vegan organic products. Although their business is not as big as the big chain food stores out there, they have a decent selection of international products for Asian cuisine. they also have in the regular some vegan baked tasty stores on the Deli area, so keep them a look when they go through the load! although this load on a beautiful location has a nice mood, I don't buy it much because langford has so many other food stores. Before I'm in the market stores, I'm probably already done shopping. it's nice to have them in the neighbourhood.
