Food was all cold. The only thing warm was the red sauce. Very disappointed

This place is very bad. I just ordered beef and scallions. How can you screw this up? I happen to know how to cook real Chinese and they do not. They substituted regular white onions. So, instead of a lot of tasty scallions it was all big chunky regular white onions. Everything was over cooked and they held back on any traditional Chinese condiments. BAD FLAVOR. I took it back and they tried to say that there are many ways of cooking it. I said just check any Chinese cook book and it will tell you that scallions are the main part of the dish.. Here is the real deal, none of these Chinese guys who cook for these buffet's are actually trained cooks in proper Chinese cuisine. They go to a school in Brooklyn or Queens and train in this Americanized way of cooking only the stuff you see in all of these places. I could cook any one of them under the table. They begrudgingly gave me a different choice that still was real bad anyways. Lesson learned.

Will never eat here again. Not only did I drive 15 mins to get there when I got home I realized my order was not what I asked for. So I called them and ask what could be done. She asked for my number which I gave her with ZERO issue. She then told me what I got and informed me that what I got is what I ordered so i was ?very wrong?. 1st off what you gave me not a soul in my house eats. (So why would I order that? No! I don?t want to try anything ?different?. then was told there was nothing they were willing to do to ?make it right.? Needless to say I spent $80 just to realize I won?t be doing any further business with you. (You in need of my services or me in need of yours.

Some staff there r nice but the lady who checked me put after getting take out was extremely rude the whole time I was there.
