Tim Horton's - Village of Newark

Whoever runs this place doesn't give a heck..I enjoy and prefer Tim Hortons but between the staff just being rude and wanting to socialize with each other and the limited hours..It's ridiculous. Won't be surprised if this place closes down in the next year. SMH. Not to mention getting my order wrong 4 times making me late for work because they just want to joke around with each other.

I never even heard of Tim Hortons until about a year ago and then COVID kind of shut things down for a while. But I recently went here for breakfast and picked up a couple of donuts and a muffin for later. I would classify this place as Dunkin' Donuts on steroids. The breakfast sandwiches are so much better (fresher) and the donuts and muffins also seem fresher. Pricing is good. One caveat...the main sandwich I buy here is the Sausage, Egg Cheese Muffin. The problem is that they don't toast the muffin, so the sandwich ends up being bland. I thought maybe this was just an oversight the first time, but I purchased this sandwich in a special (2 for $4) on 6 different occasions and each time the English Muffin was untoasted.

Employees are good, its slower then most Timmy's are. But the general manager need to get there self together no reason lunch food should be running out before lunch time, and not have backup for the rush. Its a every day thing and sucks when u go there on lunch time and they out of food already

Really like their coffee. Today stopped by around 1:12pm nobody in line in the drive up. Appeared to be no cars in the parking lot except a couple employee cars. Waited at the menu board for someone to acknowledge me till 1:16pm and decided to go down the road to Dunkin Donuts. Not going there for a while seems like customer service is lacking.

Great clean friendly establishment. Employed with great hard workers that do a great job with the breakfast!! I would recommend stopping in.
