Arby's - W St, Food Court, Moscow

I got a Doordash order at 7:09. I parked and walked up to the door at 7:10. There was a sign on the door saying they closed at 7:00, but my Dash app said 5 order was ready so I thought maybe they had prepared and could just give it to me. I stood outside the door and three people saw me and just gave me dirty looks. I started holding up my phone showing the Dash app and they continued to ignore me. Finally I called. To the first person, I said Hi, I 'm the one standing outside, I have a Doordash order and thought maybe you- and the girl on the phone said We closed at 7pm today and have signs on every door saying that. I replied, Yes I saw that, I was just checking because- and the line slammed on me. A few seconds later another person said, this is the other supervisor and we are closed. I explained politely that it just said the order was ready and she said they had turned off their Dash orders at 6pm. They were just so incredibly rude for no reason. Everyone who had looked at me or spoke to me seemed to lack even a shred of human decency. Extremely unpleasant.

Ordered mobile and received 2 americana roast beefs with nothing on them.. why wouldn't I just order the mf roast beef sandwich if that's what I wanted? Also didn't put any sauce in the bag when I requested sauce so I got 2 dry roast beef sandwiches... Thanks a lot!

Used the drive through. It was very quick and had pretty well sized burgers, for a fast food restaurant
