P.f. Chang's Waco

Our waitress, Tristin, and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly. You could tell they cared about the cleanliness of the restaurant. We had to wait nearly 40 minutes for our food and we were one of the few parties in the restaurant for an early Sunday dinner. However, when we did finally get our food, it was delicious. They also seemed to have an issue with their tables and the feet coming off of them. Our table, along with several other tables, were quite wobbly. Overall, it was a decent experience and we'll be back.

I ordered the steamed pork dumplings and the braised short rib with rice. This was excellent from the staff to the food. The dumplings were a bit thick, but had amazing flavor and loved the chili sauce that went with them. Oh my goodness, the short rib and rice was amazing!! My compliments to the cook. The rib meat was fall apart, melt in your mouth tender and had wonderful flavor. The rice was really good and had pieces of pineapple in there which added to the flavors.

My first time at P.F. Chain's restaurant. I ordered the Shrimp with Lobster sauce, with a side of Fried Rice. Great staff, and excellent meal. I definitely recommend this location if you're visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience and excellent quality of service! Keep up the great work.

Tasty food — I do wish they gave you a breakdown on the receipt, I think they may have overcharged us? We did tip, of course, just would’ve been nice! I got the chicken fried rice, my wife got the glass noodles! Would come back again!

Wow . Amazing food and atmosphere. Simply loved it, chicken was fresh, beef steak was amazing, we are definitely coming back.
