Taco Bell - Waldorf

We tried ordering taco bell the other day but was informed that my order would have to be cancelled because they were out of chicken and beef. Customer support helped out with the refund and was very professional.

They did not give me all my items ordered and when I went to the store to store the manager offered to replace but when I asked if they can pay attention to what is ordered he became irate and refused to remake the order because I needed to go through Doordash because I ordered through them. I told him its not Doordarshan fault because they dont bag up the order. Waldorf taco bell.on Smallwood drive is the worst ever!! they all ways mess orders up!!

The ordered taco box and the amount of meat and cheese in it is obsurd and all tacos in the box looked so the manager has contacted me since then and apologizes for the inconvenience, I guess they come back and would give them a second chance

This little spot was always clean. waldorf has 2 taco bells, this looks much traffic and treats well. the personal is in the regular local teenager who hear their orders well. they may have to ask for serviettes from some reason, but otherwise never had a problem with food. they try to treat their crispy tacos with care, so that they do not crack, but if so, just give them a call, they are usually very polite and courteous.

A great experience, could not find the memory sorrow to report about the question after the other Taco bell has to call on the road. I waited for my lunch for an hour, which I never got with emergency staff waiting for their food. they had five people who came forward to see the seven people in the lobby, said the drive thru was busy, but they all got their food and was gone while we all waited in the lobby, as they laugh and talk and go back and forth, the manager was sweeping the floor when we did not even exist, it was the worst experience I had ever had to go to this taco bell.
