Taco Bell - Walla Walla

Honestly don’t know why this location is even open… the staff are so rude have no care in the world on how they treat customers and dashers. I have came through multiple different times for dashing and they always somehow manage to mess up a soft taco… since when does guacamole go on a regular soft taco? And it happens all the time.. I came through to the mobile pickup lane picking up a dash order because that’s what the instructions advise me to do. I call them it rings and rings and rings no answer instead I can’t a fax machine noise in my ear after what clearly sounds like they picked up. I call back thinking it’s just my phone nope they unplugged their phone. I then proceed to go through the drive through only to get hit with “order when you’re ready” in the most uncomforting way possible.. I then proceed to wait another 15 minutes to get to the window after the drive through window person takes a hit off a customers vape on the clock on continues to have a full blown conversation with them while I’m supposed to be already heading to my door dashes house… truly disappointing that I can get treated better by a pig then Taco Bell. If you don’t like your job then why work there?

I stopped in this morning and placed a big order for an office party. The ladies that helped me were so nice and helpful. They got 18 breakfast burritos out to me in a snap too. Everyone at work thought they were delicious. Thank you so much!!

Ordered the spicy grilled cheese fries. Got MAYBE a quarter of what's in the photo. No jalapenos or spicy sauce. unbelievable. Paid $5 for 7 fries.

Fast drive up, very friendly and attentive counter worker.

Just lazy. The workers there also falsely claimed that red sauce is extra . This is one pathetic Taco Bell.
