A great little cafe, serves delicious food, I had the satay chicken. Meat was tender and the rice was great. Meals were expensive and their coffee was worth going back for.
Charged $7 for a tiny cup of steamed white rice when my wife ordered a chop suey vegetables costing $22, an evening surcharge of $2 Total of $31.00 Menu reads dishes served with rice!
Great food and coffee. Value for money. We've been past numerous times, and it's always busy. When you ask for a mug of coffee, it's a very big mug! You don't have to ask for an extra hot as it's full of flavour. My husband had a big breakfast, which was plentiful. I had the Philippino breakfast, which was a nasi goreng style rice. So much I asked for a takeaway container. It was too tasty to waste. Lovely family run business. We'll be back.
My wife and I had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant. I ordered the signature curry (mild) while my wife chose the satay chicken. Both dishes were delicious and came with steamed rice and plenty of vegetables. For dessert, we shared a citrus tart and ice cream. We also tried some of the boutique beers from Albany. Ron, the owner, was very welcoming and took the time to chat with us.
