Chuck E. Cheese - Warren

Eating was actually quite good. we had low expectations, but both the pizza and the wings were great. the staff was friendly and they took child safety seriously. they are stamping their party with paying and leaving, they can only take the child(s) that corresponds to their number. the place was clean and one of the employees went around and gave all the little children a free ride (by blurring his card to make the trip again.) we come back!

The card method to play is convenient. very clean and safe for children. warning not here were here! 14.38 for this small plate of pizza. was very disappointed. otherwise my son has an explosion.

My son has a lot of fun here, I miss the coupons that are no longer available, so now a little more expensive? but I suppose it is worth enjoying the children? best the safety of the hand stamp on the door, so no one slips away

We had absolutely wonderful party here for our seven-year-old. for everything they get (pizza, unlimited games, ice, clean up, etc. the package is a lot and the staff went beyond and beyond to make it fun and let the parents relax and enjoy.

I just want to inform whomever is reading this review that I have gone to multiple Chuck E. Cheese 's including the former ShowBiz Pizza state wide and this was the worst I have ever experienced. I was highly disappointed in the whole experience. It felt like we were having a party with 2 other parties of people we didn 't even know. I paid for the ultimate package and did not receive what I paid for. If you plan on having a party at this location, DON 'T. I had to remind the host multiple times of what was going on next. My daughter didn 't feel like it was her party. I served my own cake and pizza to my guest when I was told I wouldn 't have to. I was so busy I hardly had time to sit with my daughter on her special day that I paid extra to do so. They combined 3 parties (2 other parties and ours) into one and sang to all of them at the same time. I thought my daughter would get more of an individual experience considering I paid for the Ultimate Package I didn 't get the pizzas I ordered, nor the extra E-tickets I was promised for the lack of helium balloons. The host, for lack of better words, seemed clueless as to what was even going on. When she was needed she was no where to be found for most of the party. The over all experience was exhausting and hopefully will be changed. I myself will not be going to Warren location Chuck E. Cheese ever again nor will any of my guest.
