Estuary - Washington DC

Hotel dining can be quite unpredictable, but this restaurant located inside the Conrad exceeded my expectations. Both the Caribbean Sunset and the Smash Burger were absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, and the ambience was pleasant. They don't make dining alone feel awkward, which is a refreshing change. I suppose they are accustomed to catering to various travelers. Overall, a great experience!

The ambiance is quite lovely. The restaurant is situated within the Conrad by Hilton hotel. I savored some cocktails there and opted for room service for dinner.

Best place in DC, or probably one of the best in US. Staffs are very attentive too. Dinner lamb chops and ribeye Brunch French Toast and Benny We’ll surely come back here!

Great service and amazing bar. The food good too. We had the Bobo chicken, the seabass and clams and a range of appetizers and all were tasty and well cooked. Kudos to the chefs.

Absolutely amazing!!! This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in Washington, DC during the four years I've lived here. Coming from someone whose first job at 15 was in a five-star restaurant, that says a lot. The staff were incredibly attentive and able to answer all my questions; you could really tell that they wanted me to enjoy my meal. I dined alone because I love trying upscale restaurants, whether or not I have someone to join me. When I mentioned to the hostess that I was fine sitting at the bar, she replied, "Oh no, honey, you deserve a table!" The food was fantastic! I had the lamb chops and crudo, followed by a peach dessert, and everything was delightful! I will definitely be coming back—next time with an elastic waistband!
