Feedback gevenThe staff was very playful while preparing customer orders. One girl cut the bread for my order, made a funny face, and then dashed into the kitchen. I didn't see anyone change their gloves! The work area was dirty, and the lettuce looked discolored and brown. I was so appalled by their behavior and the state of the environment that I had to leave.
#6 big kahunna awesooome Sooo it's 8/15/22 I must say things has definitely changed especially how subs are Made. First I only order big kahunna chicken and turkey sub. I'm trying to figure out how is it that I get one layer of meat with all this bread! I couldve went to subway for that. The young lady acted as if I was asking for extra when in turn this is how the subs are made! Flat sub all bread big dissatisfaction a total waste. I won't go back to that location! Unless someone else makes my sub the right way! No good! And the new service sucks.
Completely missed order notes on Uber Eats order, sent me the wrong sized sub and the food looked absolutely disgusting?discolored bread, way too much mayo, overall soggy and completely unappetizing order and presentation despite having paid $20 for an order online. Either they need to do better and management needs to have better oversight or they should be completely prevented from handling online orders since staff obviously cannot follow instructions. Based on that alone, I know the other low-ratings have to be spot on. What an absolute embarrassment of a business.
I love this spot! The sandwiches are always right and one of the guys even know what my order is. Now that's special to me!! Great job team. All of you deserve a raise.
The place was dirty food trash on the floor this particular day a lot of young people were working employees weren't wearing masks ???? talking over customers food cashier adding toppings to customers food and handling their bread didn't change her gloves after ringing on the register or after handling other customers food left and thought about it called from outside and asked for a manager a young man tried to pretend to be one untill I asked for his name he didn't give it to me called me Boss laughing and talking amongst each other finally the assistant manager akir I think answered explained what happened told him I'm on chemo and have to worry about germs told him about the unsanitary cashier he was very nice and polite he apologized he did say mask were optional although he wears his he remade the sandwich told me I can keep or throw away the other one I appreciate the young man however the cashier who was unsanitary seemed upset about my complaint of her and questioned what was I going to do with the first sandwich ???? no remorse or anything leaning on the counter running her mouth probably won't go back to this jersey Mike's although I live in the area the immature young people the non cleanliness of the store and non food safety practices won't allow me to return here
