Madison Cafe, Library Of Congress

Located on the 6th floor of the Madison building, this restaurant is open to the public and welcomes visitors. The food is served buffet style, and government AOC employees can enjoy a discount of up to 20% on their meals. Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of spaces for families with children to enjoy a pleasant lunch or breakfast.

Great sushi, nice atmosphere, lot of options. Have been waiting for them to reopen post pandemic.

Great buffet with a nice selection, including sushi! It is a bit on the pricey side, though.

This restaurant offers a great selection of dishes. My favorite is the Korean bibimbap corner. The owner is really friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The cafe also has a lovely view. Be prepared for a large crowd during lunchtime!
