Milk Flagship At Logan Circle

I’ve tried the Milk cookies at the grocery store and thought they’re really bad compared to other brands. Was in the area with some friends after dinner and didn’t realize this place had an actual bakery. Wanted to see if it was better in person. We tried five different cookies, a slice of cake, truffles, and a shake. The confetti cookie was okay, it was the only thing I finished. Overall our group of 4 agreed that it was all really bad….everything left the same bitter nasty aftertaste. The place is overpriced. Would not recommend. Staff was friendly tho. .

Christia Tozzi fan and first visit to a Milk Bar. They were out of a lot of everything. I ordered a toasted marshmallow Sunday, which was advertised outside, but they were out of toasted marshmallows and served it without you fudge (pic attached). I ordered cereal milk soft serve with cornflake crunch, but they were out of cornflakes. They were out of spoons...so we ate the soft serve with forks. Pretty awful. I would be embarrassed, were my name on this flagship location.

Employee was super helpful and let me sample the ice cream. The ice cream and cookies were amazing. The prices were high but expected

Desert was so amazing. Best milk bar I had in a while. The employee devotia was not nice she was on her phone half the time and very snappy. It was a decent experience other than seeing a BUNCH of smoke come from the bathroom after the employee devotia came from in there it smelled like sweet smoke. It was very very unprofessional and I will be putting in a report somewhere hire up for a health hazard and inspection. I don’t enjoy smoke around my food!

The staff member with the name starting with Dee or D was on her phone not paying much attention I asked for extra help and had to wait to be spotted. The other staff came and helped me out they were very nice and friendly! I come to this location a lot since new management I haven’t been getting the same service. I LOVE the confetti cookies and cereal milk at home it taste a bit cheap it’s a good eat I still suggest eating here.
