Never had coffee from a siphon and the coffee came out amazing: hot, fresh (beans are brewed in front you), and really great smooth despite its dark, rich color. Bryan was our coffee specialist and he’s a very friendly guy. We had a really good convo on coffee and he really knows his stuff. Coffee was about $8 but you’re paying for the experience more so than the coffee itself. They sit you at their bar where you can chat with Bryan as he’s explaining the process and letting you know what he’s doing every step of the way. I would recommend getting the siphon coffee for both taste and experience.
Surprisingly quiet and nice in very bustling M Street of Georgetown. The coffee could have been better, I got a pour-over, but the ambience is really nice. They in fact have three levels of seating we sat in the middle level where there are three couches in a small nook that makes it pretty private and isolated which makes it great for meetings.
Very nice coffee! Amazing staff and a super cool place to chill ,or do some work ,especially the area upstairs
Perfect place to relaxe listing good music and drinking a good coffee. Havana Cappuccino is my favorite. The staff is committed.
Coffee is amazing, right off campus so expect a wait hardly a place to sit during the rush hours.
