Great service and the food tasted amazing with perfect portion sizes.

Our second trip to Duck Peach was a bit of a disappointment mainly due to horrible service that soured the evening (and highlighted the downside of fixed 22% tips automatically added to the bill). We started by amazing cocktails @thewells_dc which was good but the lack of any street parking until 6:30pm near the place is a huge negative. The dinner started with amazing kale and foie gras. Then they literally dumped the rest of our food on the table 2 cold appetizers, carrot appetizer, and our two mains. By the time we got to the mains, they were icy cold. For a meal at this price point, should expect better. No individual at any point asked if we enjoyed our visit or food. Hospitality failure of the highest degree.Parking: Good luck parking before 6:30pm on Saturday and Sunday as all parking in the area is tow zone due to Eastern Market.

I haven’t been out to bunch in quite some time and was happy to be invited out to duck and the peach by one of my good friends. I WILL BE BACK. The food was amazing and our server, Jasmine was so patient with me as a first timer. She took the time to explain the menu items that I was not familiar with and kept a smile on her face!
