Cocotte Belge - Waterloo

This restaurant is quite trendy and conveniently has a nice parking area right next to it. We visited in February, so the outdoor terrace was not in use, but from what we could see, we definitely want to come back in the summer. The service was efficient and quick, with friendly staff. The menu was a bit confusing at first, but once we made our selections, we found that the options were limited but thoughtful. The drink menu was impressive. The food was of good quality, with some unique and creative presentation, like a wind-flight in one of the dishes that included radish pups. I personally had carrot pucks in my hamburger, which was a bit unexpected but still tasty. Despite a few minor flaws, we plan on returning in the summer.

Great location, with a very modern building and cozy decor. The restaurant serves traditional grandma-style dishes with excellent simmered options. The wind flight was particularly tasty. The service was top-notch and there is parking available.

I have visited this restaurant several times and I highly recommend it. The presentation of the dishes is beautiful and the service is impeccable. The staff is always checking in to make sure everything is okay and we never have to wait too long for our food. Overall, we always have a great time at this restaurant and I consider it a gem in Waterloo.

Nice experience, too bad for the waiters to smile. We would also have hoped for a piece of bread or something to nibble for the aperitif but good, we are in the beautiful presentation of the dishes and the vegetable lasagna was very good. The white lady was also very good
