Le Basta - Waterloo

We went last night for the first and last time of this restaurant, very noisy, air current, and the worst, we were 3 and were served each with 10 minutes interval, which means that the 1st served had finished qd me I was served the last 20 minutes after the 1st, our friend ordered a carbonara, not very complicated to do again, so we don't recommend it to people.

During our meal with friends, we were unfortunate enough to witness a striptease performance at the table next to us in the middle of the restaurant. Luckily, we had already finished our main course because the service took a break during this inappropriate show. For dessert, I ordered tiramisu, expecting a classic dish, but was disappointed to receive a non-traditional version served in a glass. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was met with a dismissive response and my dessert was replaced without offering another option. To my surprise, the replacement dessert was well-prepared, but when I mentioned my disappointment again, I was rudely told that the tiramisu was prepared differently and that was that. I felt that the response from the staff was unprofessional and the experience was very expensive. I will not be returning due to the poor service and lack of consideration for the customer.

We often go on waterloo, and very often we were drawn to their buffet formula with pasta, meat, fish, salads, soup etc. for 12.5€ at noon! A buffet with all this for this price, there must be a fault. And indeed! The host by the server! We understand better after why we arrived that there were only 2 people! and in a corner of two poor pizzas. I hope for them that they make efforts in the evening or taking a dish from their card, but in any case it is not their buffet that will wait for the customers to come back or test the dishes of the card!

My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day. We had previously enjoyed drinks at the bar next door, but this was our first time dining in the restaurant itself.
