Captain Bill's - Watkins Glen

Very disappointed in the tour. The Ranger giving a talk on the top deck was much more informative. Unfortunately, it was too cold on top, so most of my travelers stayed below and listened to some man read a narrative.

We enjoyed the boat tour and found several great gifts and souvenirs.

We went on the Sightseeing Cruise 10/18/23. It was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and professional. Boat was comfortable. We sat up on top. It was a little cold but not too bad. They had a heated area down under with restrooms on board. While on the boat the offered a lot of good information about the area. Beautiful views of the lake. I loved it. Glad they were open this late in October. Highly recommended.

Lovely cruise. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We really enjoyed the experience

It was so nice to see lake Seneca and eat at the restaurant. It was a perfect experience.
