The dining experience was pleasant, with very friendly staff. The only downside was that the coffee was a bit average, possibly due to the milk being frothed previously. Despite this, the flat white I had after breakfast was delicious. I would recommend trying to maintain consistent quality. I also tried the benedict eggs and they were excellent. Overall, the staff was friendly, the coffee was good, and the food was great. I would rate it almost 4 stars, with the only drawback being the occasional inconsistency in the coffee quality.

Kapitel twenty seven is now open for tapas and byo every Friday and Saturday night! Eating is perfect size for sharing . had a nice night with my friends and we will definitely be back soon!

I am a local resident who was pleasantly surprised to discover Chapter 27, a cafe that offers high-quality food within walking distance of my home. The food, coffee, and other beverages at Chapter 27 are so delicious that I would be willing to drive miles just to enjoy them. Their breakfast options, available all day, are consistently well-prepared and presented with fresh ingredients. The lunch menu is also impressive, and I particularly enjoy their mushroom dish. Every visit, whether alone or with family and friends, has been met with great coffee, tea, and fresh fruit salad. For visitors to Perth staying on the east side of the city who are in need of a wonderful breakfast, lunch, or coffee spot, I highly recommend Chapter 27. As of October 2016, they are open early until 3:30 pm, except on Tuesdays.
