Very friendly service, very nice restaurant, very good food.

Wonderful ambiente and service staff. about complicated courts. good weeping to fair trips. a tightly telephoned guest who ruins the evening, amazing, crispy behavior.

It was a wonderful experience for my sister and harassed in law that had a delicious dinner at the restaurant anna. the personal was exceptionally friendly and professional with love to detail. the selection of food and drinks was very high and deserves to praise it. a special thank you to theny helbig for a successful surprise and to all the staff in the hotel elefant who make this visit unforgettable.

We booked a table for 14:00 but we were not offered the full menu, only snacks. This was not clear to us in advance as lunch times were ranging from 1214 on „the fork“. The service team suggested me that this is usual time for lunch in 5 star hotels. Very impolite service that did not offer any solution and treated us very condescending. The Schnitzel we both of us had was good and the creme brulee was excellent!
