Blue Chip - Wellsburg

It was late at night and I needed a place to stay so an employee went and cleaned a room for me, no other place would ever do that and for that I am thankful! They are friendly and helpful. And their rooms are cozy and make you feel right at home! And they have the lowest prices around!!

The restaurant is fantastic! Erin Kenny has truly created a welcoming atmosphere. Today's special—meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and peas—was delicious. The portions are generous, making it a great value. I can't wait to return soon. I highly recommend everyone to give it a try!

It has been a staple in Wellsburg for a long time, and the food is absolutely delicious!

We had to stay for an entire month, and we were quoted one rate but ended up being charged a different one. Meanwhile, the guests next door didn't pay for six weeks without any issues. However, we were constantly texted about leaving because we weren’t extending our stay. I suppose that’s what happens when Erin has family ties in the area. It seems like they hold onto high school grudges, and it definitely affects their treatment of guests. I would not recommend staying here with children, especially since the place smelled strongly of weed. Also, be cautious about having any disagreements; it feels like the whole town will find out. Erin also tends to gossip about others, but when confronted, she denies saying anything. Overall, I cannot recommend this place.

The food is fantastic! I enjoy stopping by for breakfast. It's affordable and offers delicious homemade dishes.
