Haus am See - Werden

We came with high expectations: the old building looks great, it has a fantastic location on Lake Constance, and the website said it offered fresh and seasonal dishes. it was a sunny weekday afternoon and house on the sea was full of people, so we could not expect to try it. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. first, we asked to see the menu that we had on a table with only a few options, most of which were served "hähnchen in a cardboard cup '. hardly the seasonal dishes we had expected. we decided to eat there. even that was a problem. we have asked a juice drink on their drink board in German and English. the personal had no idea what this was, and after many things had to come out to look at the superior himself. When we asked for mango juice, we couldn't understand the confusion. While we waited for our drinks, we noticed that other customers come to collect their carton food (they do not table service.) there was confusion here too, whereby the customers clearly received the wrong commands. the whole place was chaotic and nothing like what we had hoped for. that is not a restaurant.

Saturday from 11 to 14 o'clock. great location and on the first look beautiful, pleasant beer garden. 13 o'clock: Lounge music with strong bass is switched on and not switched on. new guests return the sales. music remains on, even during the sound sample on the beach at sea: corrosive! lasagne with bark for 13.90 € acts as warmed from the package, thick, hard nude layers with red edge between and only lukewarm. the best of him: a few ruccola salat and a few small cherry tomats. critique is taken from the waiter without reaction to know. pity: in itself beautiful location, but bad quality and not hospitable at all.

Einer der wenigen Läden vor Ort, um einzukehren. Der Besitzer ist ein netter, etwas alternativer Typ, leider sind Sonderwünsche was das Essen anbelangt nicht drin, daher der Punkt Abzug. Essen generell etwas dünn, cool ist es wenn gegrillt wird Liegt Ca 1.1km vom Parkplatz entfernt ;)

Einfacher, aber wunderschöner Biergarten, direkt am Baldeneysee. Nach Spaziergang oder Fahrradtour prima zum einkehren und entspannen. Mir Blick auf den See einfach die Seele baumeln lassen. Einfache Karte aber alles schmeckt!

Firstly, we asked to see the menu - we were pointed to a blackboard with only a few options, most of which were 'chicken served in a cardboard bucket'. Hardly the seasonal dishes we had expected. Scrapping our plans to eat there, we decided to just get a drink instead. Even this was a problem. We asked for, in German and English, a juice drink listed on their drinks board. The staff had no idea what this was, and after much fuss had to come out to look at the board themselves. Considering we were asking for mango juice, we could not understand the confusion. While we waited for our drinks, we noticed other customers coming to collect their cardboard-boxed food (they don't do table service). Even here there was confusion, with customers clearly being given the wrong orders. The whole place was chaotic and nothing like what we had hoped. This is not a restaurant.
