Casey's - West Des Moines

Great gas station for a 1 stop shop. They have a great selection of food for morning and lunch time. The freezers are all stocked well and they keep the shelves filled with products. The pumps are clean and open to get in and out of with no problems. The bathrooms are clean and easy to get in and out of. The driveways are easy to get in and out of. Great store for a fill up and food stop.

Great service in this location plus my first order was here and they handled it great.

Employees in the kitchen blatantly lied to my face about the wait time of food rather than telling me when it would actually be ready. Ought to fire them. Employees were rude as well.

Nice location with a rude, incompetent store manager. He didn?t mute the phone and talked about me in the background with another person. I chose to cancel my order after dealing with his atrocious idea of customer service. I drove to the location to get my money back and he tried to refund me $18 for a $26 order. I had to ARGUE with these people to get fully refunded and that?s insane to me as a customer. I will not be patronizing this location anymore.

This store never has any food ready. I have stopped by at different times on different days during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just waiting for the Hy-Vee across the road to open they'll probably have food ready.
