Every restaurant plays a role in the tapestry of life. For several years, the role of Betos in my life was supplying food for a late night craving. Chick at the drive through yelled at me so I left without ordering. Not sure how I'm supposed to be expected to hand you my money when you can't be asked to repeat what you said.

I love Betos across the Valley but this location had no soap in either women's or men's restroom. I sure hope they wash their hands in the kitchen because if they share the same rr as customers, they definitely better be washing their hands in the kitchen. I came here at a reasonable time for them to at least make any adjustments. Around 9 am to 10 am to be exact.

If I could give zero stars, I would! The woman taking our order was on her phone while we were taking our order and had the nerve to get upset at us when I interrupted. Horrible customer service

Holy cow their breakfast burritos are bigger than my giant melon-head and tasty (the bacon is fantastic!!
