Culver's - West Jordan

Good burgers, great Chocolate Custard, their frozen Custard is fantastic. We get food here on a regular basis and it is consistently good if you like the slightly greasy style of burger with plenty of flavor like I do. The staff working here is always friendly and they provide great service even when busy. Thank you Culver's for providing another food option for us.

It was fine. Partially my fault, I ordered the shake with fudge and brownie bites, and it was way too sweet. I tossed it. The meat was great, the help were kind and accommodating.

I understand that restaurants are facing challenges right now, especially with staffing issues. We were willing to wait half an hour for our meal. However, when they brought us burnt onion rings and I requested a replacement, I was informed it would take another 20 minutes due to other orders in line. I was surprised they would serve food in that condition. Ultimately, we decided to leave.

I'm not typically one to complain, but I ordered four sandwiches and when I got home, I discovered that they were missing toppings and the top bun. All I received was the bottom bun and the patty. I really don't understand how that happened.

The portions are quite small for the price. The medium shake is the size of a small, and the family fries definitely aren’t “big enough for four people” as claimed—there’s barely enough for two. The staff here often makes mistakes, but I’ve tried to be patient since that happens everywhere. Last time, they completely forgot the fries. I ended up spending $30 for half the amount of food I would get at other places.
