Feedback gevenSo I ordered a pizza on my way home from work hoping it would be there by the time I got home, when I ordered it, the app told me it would be delivered by 5:34 (about an hour) which was fine, but got another notification almost immediately saying it wasout for delivery. So, 30 minutes after the promised arrival time it finally came. The pizza was severely undercooked. I couldbarely pick it up without the dough stretching and falling apart in my hands. Wouldn?t recommend ordering from this location.
The customer service at Pizza Hut is consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly. However, I can only give their pizzas three stars because, unlike in the past, they now skimp on the toppings. I've found myself paying for extra toppings just to make them comparable to the old regular pizzas, which used to come with generous portions.
I brought my son in for his first free personal pizza as a reward for achieving his reading goals at school. He is nonverbal and uses his tablet to communicate. The staff member at the register was wonderful; they engaged with him and didn’t glance at me even once during his order. Usually, people tend to look to me for confirmation or ask questions about him as if he’s not present. I truly appreciate their respect and confidence in him! He’s been in such a great mood all day since our visit! We’ve officially found our family pizza spot. Thank you for making my son’s day!
Excellent service! The staff were incredibly kind to my little girl, who was thrilled to receive her personal pan cheese pizza. It was fresh and straight out of the oven, handed directly to her. It made for a really sweet, memorable moment since she’s in kindergarten and this was her first time earning a reward through hard work at school. She achieved this pizza by reading for at least 20 minutes each night, and it was definitely worth it. Thank you, Pizza Hut!
A really disappointing experience. Pizza Hut pizza is one of our favorites usually. Mistakes happen on orders all the time but how a company handles said mistakes will inform you how well the company is. That?s the reason for such a low rating. Pizza Hutwill gladly charge you extra ???? for extra toppings but if they forget them ???? look out!! Good luck trying to communicatewith someone that will treat you decent, let alone give you your money back. They will credit you, but that forces your hand tosupport such a poorly ran business. Do yourself a favor, pick one of the other pizza options you have instead of picking thislocation.
