Feedback gevenAwful smoothies! I ordered one peanut butter blast and two root beer freezes, which totaled over $20, through the drive-thru on Friday evening. Unfortunately, the drinks tasted like flavored water, were warm, and the cups were sticky. We decided to park and go inside to return them, and while they offered to remake the drinks, the state of the inside of the store was so disgusting that we just wanted our money back. The place was filthy, with dirty blenders and pitchers piled up everywhere, and we saw an employee filling another cup from a dirty pitcher. We did get a refund, but they kept the tip. This location used to be good, but our last few visits have been disappointing, and this time was by far the worst.
The ordering process is straightforward and quick. I appreciate the option to customize my ingredients, so I chose the Ocean Breeze and substituted banana for peach. It was delicious! Update December 2019: Still amazing! It may seem obvious, but having a drive-thru is incredibly convenient, and I'm thankful they offer that service.
I absolutely adore Roxberry Juice! Being pregnant and feeling unwell, their smoothies consistently make me feel so much better.
It was absolutely terrible! I went there last night and ordered a small Peanut Butter Blast and two medium 24 oz. Root Beer freezes. They tasted more like flavored water and were warm. The cups were sticky and damp on the outside, and I received them through the drive-thru window. I spent over $20, then parked to go inside, only to find the place was filthy. There were several dirty blenders in plain sight where a kid was mixing drinks. They offered to remake my order, but after seeing the condition of the store, I declined. I did get my money back, but they kept the tip. This location used to be great, but my last two visits—especially this one—have been disappointing. I’m sure we weren't the only unhappy customers; even the drive-thru, with only three cars, took forever.
I visited Roxberry a couple of weeks ago (on 4/18/2022), and I have to say they make excellent smoothies. However, I encountered a bit of a delay with my order. It seemed like one of the employees was about to leave when I placed my order. After waiting for 15 minutes, another staff member checked in with me, as if my order had gotten lost in the shuffle. I wasn't just sitting there for no reason; I was on my lunch break and already pressed for time. Next time, I will likely order online instead.
