China Chinese Resta - West Melbourne

I decided to give this restaurant a try, albeit hesitantly, after receiving their new management menu in the mail. Having been let down by other Chinese restaurants in the area, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here! We ordered Mei Fun, which was perfectly cooked and not greasy at all, and Steam Dumplings that were tasty—though the dough could have been a bit firmer, they were still delicious. The Roast Pork with peppers was a highlight for me; I'm not usually a fan of green peppers, but in this dish, they were so thinly sliced that they were quite tolerable. The Wonton soup really had the rich flavor I expect from a good Wonton soup. Without a doubt, we will order from here again! I decided to give this restaurant a try after I found their menu in my mailbox. I approached it with some skepticism since the Chinese food around here is usually quite bad. However, I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the Hunan Chicken, and it was absolutely delicious—not too spicy at all. I loved the sauce, and the vegetables were really fresh. I recommend trying other dishes from this place as well!
