Burger King - West New York

Cool place with 2 soda machines, wasn't too crowded. Cashier messed up my order, putting mozzarella sticks when I asked for Jalapeño Cheese Bites, but it's no big deal.

The worst Burger King in the whole world!!! I went with my toddler 3 years old, he need it the restroom, and the cashier that was working there today at 4pm was very rude!! she doesn’t know about costumer services!!! I ask x the restroom and she said is busy but no body was there! then an old lady asked and she opened and I was upset I said to her I’m waiting x the restroom she was like .. she never listened to me!!! then finally the old lady come out and she closed the door so I asked to re open de door but I was desperate x my son and she said you are yelling at me I’m-not going to help you! My son was about to cry and a customer said please open the door for her son!!! this was so traumatic!!! I won’t ever come back to this awful place never again!! never in my life

I've been to this place since I was a child. I've never had issues and the food is bomb. They work as fast as they can and are also bilingual.

Today I got good service. They let me use the bathroom. I was able to sit down and enjoy my double whopper and my soda. thank you very much!
