Feedback gevenI work nearby and have ordered lunch from this restaurant multiple times, but I’ve had issues with my orders each time. Tonight was the breaking point. I placed an order for 7:30 PM, but the app indicated it would take another 63-73 minutes for delivery. Concerned about my break, I called at 7:25 PM to check if the food would arrive on time, and I was assured that it would. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive before my break ended. I ended up having to call three times to cancel my order. The first call put me on hold for 10 minutes, and during the last two calls, I was rudely hung up on. The customer service was awful, the drivers were unreliable, and the food itself was disappointing.
I went to get pizza after shopping at Target. Unfortunately, the staff member didn't inform me that they were out of breadsticks after I had already paid for them. Additionally, I didn't receive my receipt. It was a disappointing experience overall.
This location seems promising. However, Pizza Hut, could you explain why I have to pay for the first ranch with my Buffalo wings? What’s the reasoning behind that? On second thought, I might just consider Domino's instead.
I got on the phone with and Employee and told her I made a mistake on my order online she was a little snappy when she told me that the food was already being made and I couldn't change the crust.... I then told her net I would just cancel the order then, I would have paid extra if I had to to change the order... I then called back to talk to the manager and he was even moreaggressive in his tone when I explained to him the situation I just wanted to know if I was getting refunded my money becausethe crust couldn't get changed and I was being polite as possible...I think this store needs to have a customer service class inbeing a little bit more polite and considerate when it comes to a customer

I called at 7:25 PM to check if my order would arrive in time, and I was assured that it would. However, that was not the case. My break ended, and I had to call three times to cancel my order. On the first call, I was on hold for 10 minutes, and during the last two calls, I was treated rudely and hung up on. Overall, terrible customer service, poor delivery, and disappointing food.
