We were also advised they were several items they were out of. We liked the rustic decor. I will give them another try before I make a final decision.
Don't let the outside fool you, it doesn't look like much but inside the food was fantastic! Kilt Lifter beer was VERY GOOD also!
After 13 hours of driving, we stumbled onto a hidden gem in Wilcox Arizona. A cozy steakhouse with the most friendly staff and awesome food. Our server Tristin was so attentive and prompt and our needs were met without any wait. Food was so tasty and cooked to perfection. Their roasted peppers were so delicious I asked for another one to take home. We will be making many trips to California and this will be the town we will stop each time. Thank you!!!!Helen
We were hungry on our way back tp Tucson and decided to stop here based on the reviews we saw. Loved the place. I have to admit, if I drove by it without reading the reviews, I would have not stopped. Once inside, it was pretty empty and we were just told to find a table. Service was great, but everyone that came to the table. Three of us ordered the sirloin and I wanted a lean one, well done. It was completely lean and perfectly cooked with a wonderful flavor. It came with two sides and I got the baked potato and sweet potato fried. Probably the tastiest sweet pattern fries I have ever had (might have been an exceptional batch, but loaded with flavor). Back potato was excellent and our drinks came in supersized glasses and was nice and cold. I would go back and order the exact same meal again if I was in the area it was that good.
Awesome little spot off I-10 in Wilcox AZ. It's a hidden gem for sure. The prime rib French dip is absolutely delicious, and the BALT (bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato) was just as good.If you are driving through its a must stop.
