Super friendly server and the best chicken roast steak I had lived in all my life! I swear, there is a hauch of tabasco or a kind of chili powder because it had a tiny (and seriously fantastic) kick. everything is homemade! I would go back sincerely to willcox, only for the chicken steak and it is an 8 hours drive from my home town here.
Very nice, really clean, lots of space the waitress run there legs off and do a great job. in any case come back
Sandwiches are good. But kinda chinchy on the fries. Have eaten there more then several times. Ordered off the menu a Friday fish dinner. Beer battered. Wife ordered chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes. Waitress came back with no beer battered only fried fish available and no mashed potatoes only French fries with Chicken fried . Ever had French fries with chicken fried? Stick to the sandwiches here and go somewhere else for the dinners.
My husband and I stopped in for the 1st time, after dropping our pigs off for slaughter at Wilcox Meat Packing!! Were from Tucson Az.The waitress was great, very kind and that's the only reason I gave the place 2 stars !! It took about 40 minutes to get our food, there were literally 11 other people in the restaurant and 8 of them had already been served. There were 2 gals working the kitchen. He ordered the ranch burger, they had no onion rings to put on the burger ,it was very dry and had no flavor at all. My husband said Burger King would have been better. I ordered 2 eggs, hash browns, chorizo and a tortilla. The hash browns were mush on the bottom side and there was literally 2 bites worth of chorizo on my plate when it was brought to our table. I mentioned it to our waitress and she said that's the portion that gets put in the Chorizo omelet . I said I didnt order the omelet, she said would you like more? I said yes ,this is a joke. Am I gonna get charged for more? She said yes,I said that's rediculous I'mpaying more for this meal then I would the Corizo Omelet. My meal cost $10.79 and my husbands was $9.99... there business card says( where home cookin' is a labor of love) that's not home cookin and certainly no love put in to it! We certainly will NOT be reffering this place to our family ,friends or any of our business associates or our clients .. ect ect
