Feedback gevenI really enjoy my usual breakfast here, especially the strawberry coolers topped with whipped cream. However, there are some big potholes near the speakers in the drive-thru that need to be addressed!
The donuts are fantastic! However, it would be helpful to have an additional staff member to help manage the line.
Very helpful staff. They had hired my favorite frozen latte and they could explain what I had to order now to get the same. Love your reward program too! I get a bonus for my daily coffee. How great is that?!
The customer service at Spady's was outstanding. While the rest of the team was decent, they did make an error with my order. However, Diane was very friendly and timely in resolving the issue.
