Puerta Grande Mexican Grill

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I visited for a surprise birthday party, and the food was fantastic. I would definitely return in the future!

I had a fantastic takeout experience! I ordered online, and the food was ready right when they said it would be. It only took 20 minutes from placing my order to picking it up, even though the parking lot was full when I arrived. The pickup process was a breeze, with my food waiting at the front register. Everything was accurate and delicious! Overall, a wonderful experience.

The cheese enchiladas were fantastic, and the chips were fresh, although they could have used some salt. Unfortunately, the salsa was quite disappointing; it was bland and lacked fresh vegetables aside from tomatoes, reminding me of plain, unseasoned tomato sauce. The salsa definitely needs a new recipe! On a positive note, the prices were reasonable—our takeout for three people, including two drinks, came to just $22.50.

Quiet comfortable atmosphere, good food, terrible service. In 10 minutes we got 3 of our 5 drinks. After 40 minutes I sought someone out to ask why we still did not have all our drinks, our appetizer, or any napkins or silverware. We canceled ourappetizer when the first of our meals arrived, but they brought it anyway with the second entree (which was wrong) arrivedseveral minutes later. Eventually we all got food, but never any drink refills, or anything else we asked for. I don't mind solong as there is an apology or *something* but a bill about $100 with no respect or care for customers stays with me.

Sorry to say service has been off for some time now. When they first opened they practically ran to take your order and get the food on the table. Tonight we waited for everything?chips, drinks, and food. The sad part was there was very few people in therestaurant. Very disappointed.
