Supreme - Winchester

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Absolutely shocked at the state of the meal we had delivered. Raw chicken wings to which was served to my daughter without realising. Had to drive up there to get refund as she wasn’t happy to give to us. We visited on the 3rd nov 23.

Over £40 on chinese and didnt deliver 2 parts of the meal. No offer of refund for these parts and not redelivered. Discusting customer service.

Had to wait over 1 hour 25 minutes for my order to be delivered. When I called they just tell you in is on its way. Terrible service

Collected a takeaway yesterday.This venue is very hit and miss You can have a really good meal other times it is awful.Think they must change there staff around from one Chinese to another around Winchester. Had special curry which either had alot of preservatives or some kind of thickening agent which made curry terrible.Also had chips that were cooked for to long,were very dark and dry. After having a very low star rating from EHO which I presume has been reviewed as there still trading would of thought things may of improved but clearly not.

The food was good and delicious,the chow mein and salt pepper dish and the starters were my favourite things on the menu. It's tasty and healthy and it's the cheapest price of all the other Chinese Takeaway. I love it.
