Kfc - Windham

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Disgusting customer service from these employees, I stopped by to pick up an online order and I was ignored for 15 minutes, i then called the store and while I was talking the guy that answered hung up on mesince I guess he didn?t feel like doing his job. I don?t understand why you work there if you are going to do nothing at workand give your customers this horrible experience. Needless to say that I will never be returning to this location, if I were youI?d save myself the trip and go elsewhere.

We drove 1 hour to get KFC because we no longer have one close to us had a mad craving. Although the lobby was closed we were able to pick up our to go order through the drive through. The restaurant was most likely understaffed but still got our LARGEorder to us in a very friendly timely fashion. Some other vehicles were clearly annoyed at the wait time through the driveup. My family was however very happy didn't mind having a little patience ???? Thank you to the young ladies running the showtonight. Your efforts are appreciated ?? Happy Belly Dance ????

Ordered online went to pickup they said we don't have what u want!!!!!! After I drove 15 min And on the app said your order ready for pickup?!!! And they ended up giving me the rest of the chicken cold And not fresh at all !!!

Tried giving this location a few chances and the last few times I've been there have been awful. Last time I got chicken for my wife which was hard as a rock and she couldn't eat it and none of my order from the taco bell menu were correct. It's a lot ofmoney for very low quality

Go to four peace comboThey gave me a soda with no ice On a 94° day I Called the manager She did not offer to give me a new soda with ice. Very poor customer service I do not recommend kfc Windham to anyone.
