Dunkin' - Windsor Locks

I’m writing to request that you reconsider adding vegan items back to your menu. While I appreciate that you offer hash browns and avocado toast, they simply don’t compare to a breakfast sandwich. For a long time, your Beyond sausage sandwich was a favorite of mine, and I bought it regularly. So, I'm curious—why was it removed from the menu? If you were to introduce a vegan breakfast sandwich, it would surely make many customers happy. I recommend looking into “Just Egg,” as their plant-based egg product is fantastic. I often bypass Dunkin' because of the limited options at your restaurant. Since the Beyond sausage was taken off the menu, I haven’t spent any money at Dunkin.' You were such a reliable choice for so long, and I'm disappointed by the decision to step back from progress.

I waited at the counter for some time, but no one attended to me, so I ended up walking out. Service: 1, Atmosphere: 5.

For the last six months I have been going here every morning and my coffee and service have been A1 every time. The staff make the coffee exactly the way I order it, even when there is someone new at the window. Since 9/18/23 I have had to go elsewhere due to remodeling. I cannot wait until they are done. I have thrown away my coffee everyday instead of drinking it because there is nothing like fresh coffee, I am not a fan of burnt coffee at all. Hopefully the remodeling will be done soon I really need a delicious cup of coffee. THANK YOU to the staff at 596 Ella Grosso Rd.
