Chicken Chef - Winkler

I had a burger and fries with gravy on the side. The homemade patty was flavorful and fresh, and the fries were crispy with just the right amount of gravy to top off the meal.

Every restaurant has their bad days, but when I had an issue with my order at this particular place, I brought it to Amanda's attention the next morning. She assured me that she would speak to the manager, and to my surprise, he called me the same day and refunded my order. The level of customer service we received from the manager was outstanding, but the real star was Amanda. Her positive and welcoming attitude made waiting in line a pleasant experience. It's clear that all customers love her and it's no surprise as she has been a dedicated employee for many years. Amanda truly is a hidden gem in the restaurant industry. Keep up the great work, Amanda - you are truly a wonderful person.

My colleagues and I ordered food from Chicken Cook for our work lunch. Everyone received what they ordered except for me. I had ordered an extra large deluxe pizza, but when my order arrived, it turned out to be a plain cheese pizza instead. I went back to the restaurant after work to address the issue, and was told that a manager would call me when they arrived. It has been two weeks since then and I am still waiting for that call.

We love that huh! we also have breakfast there and it is very good. a popular place for us to eat or order.

Good staff. Fast cooks. Excellent taste. I went to this place often and it has been great each single time. The menu has a good variety and the prices are fair. I'd recommend also to try the take-out buckets. Side note: imo best poutine in...the pembina valley.
