Mcdonald's - Winkler

It is sad to see people try and defame an establishmentI have 2 family members that work here and am a regular patron.They tell me the new ownership and management has been nothing but great to them and made wonderful changes.The drive thru has gotten alot faster and the service is great.Defaming people for no reason on social media is easy without knowing the facts.According, to the staff the new owner spends countless hours helping them and even greets customers in the drive thru on Fridays.I am giving a glowing review to this location

I just had dinner at this restaurant, and despite how busy they were, the food and service were excellent. Every time I visit, I notice the owner and his staff consistently putting in a lot of effort to ensure everyone has a wonderful experience. Thank you for making this evening special for me and my friends!

This is easily one of the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. The drive-thru takes forever, and just when you think going inside might be quicker, you’re met with poor customer service and more delays. The staff at the front counter doesn't even acknowledge your presence. I personally avoid this location.

Given that it was harvest festival weekend and there were nine staff members on duty, I expected the service to be better. With the high anticipated traffic, having extra staff could have easily mitigated the quality issues many customers faced. I witnessed orders being deleted from the screen and some being forgotten, which contributed to a disappointing experience. The restaurant was crowded, with average wait times of 20 minutes for tables. Additionally, the cleanliness of the tables and counters left much to be desired. I hope improvements can be made.

I had a fantastic experience once again! The food was fresh, the service was quick, and the staff was courteous. It's disheartening to see some people unfairly criticize hardworking individuals and create false narratives.
