Feedback gevenI love the food here. But at my visit to my son today, an employee threw away all our food after I took my son to wash his hands in the bathroom. I mean, threw everything away... chips, a full soda, half a sandwich, my reception and a little toy my son had at the table. We were away from our table for a minute and 30 seconds. I asked sarcastically how the employee wiped off our table, so we'll go? The employee looked at me with tired dead eyes. Didn't say anything. Not even a whimper of recognition of anything. No offer to replace everything. He left. I think this place tried to gasse me. The dining area was not busy... Maybe two other tables were occupied... What is a customer to do?
My mother, daughters and I stopped here for lunch at a day of shopping in the village of WG and had a great experience. Haylee was the woman in the register that took our order and was so patient and friendly, even with all our complicated orders. We'll definitely be back!
Both toasted sub were stale we were asked to type before payment and was not asked to round off for Firehouse donation, received a call from the manger about the problem and said he would mail comps for lunch said thank you but never received the comps
So, one of the employees on my lower part and a gentleman there I forgot his name that he apologised my under immediately and asked me that I need a refund and I said no she did a great job and thank you for the situation as you did the under was fresh and very hot thank you
I will say i am from ny and have tried subs dow here from most but firehouse subs..this is my first and last..absolutely horrible.. stale bread..thats why the heat them..very little meat..subways beats them by far and i considered them the worste.. we now how an all time worste.. no pride in their product
