Five Guys - Winter Garden

Our first visit to this location was really enjoyable. Food was fresh and the staff made an effort to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

Nicky is an incredibly kind and attentive member of staff who really made my night. I was unable to call the franchise owner/manager from my international number however I think it’s important her excellent customer service is recognised.

So disappointed. To spend this much money and get home and have to make the food. Lettuce, onion and pickle were ordered got home to lettuce and tomato. I could see if it was busy, mistakes can be made. But it wasn't. So disappointed. I will call tomorrow when not as frustrated, as I want some sort of accommodation. My loved one had a bad day of disappointments and this just added to it

They never get the order right and it is way to expensive.

Delicious burgers and fries! Regular fries are huge, so share or order the small!
