I was on my way back home by 11:20. They have a lot of sauces! Chicken is good, but was a bit overcooked : I'm sure they'll get it down after this crazy opening. Smart to takeover closed Steak and Shake building. Can't believe there are three chicken tender places within two blocks of each other lol
My chicken sandwich was cold. I asked for no onions it was loaded up with onions. The piece of the chicken are hard rubbery and thin. The fries were cold but they're flavourful but not impressed with their special sauce. The milkshake was good. Honestly I'm not impressed with this place at all.
Went on Sun 01/30 and had a great experience. We have had it before in Disney Springs and was surprised about the low ratings for the new location. Around 1pm there was a long like but we waited about 20 mins in the drive through and wasn 't too bad of a wait. Food was very hot and nothing was missing. Food was delicious and even better than Disney Springs location. For anyone that hasn 't had Chicken Guy yet, I would say these are more Chicken Cutlet style rather than thetraditional tender you might usually see at fast food so don 't expect the PDQ, Chic Fil A or other fast food types of tenders. These are thin, very crispy and seasoned well chicken cutlets basically. The Fries are good and seasoned well, pickle chips were ok they are very thin pretty I wish they would be a little thicker. Didn 't get shakes this time. The classic chicken sandwich was delicious as well. Bun was toasted, plenty of sauce and toppings. Don 't let the negativereviews always steer you away, we almost passed on it today but everything was delicious, was hot and nothing was missing. Yes you pay a little bit more for the novelty of it but I wouldn 't compare the type of chicken to another place rightnow either. One Sandwich combo with fries and drink, one order of pickle chips and one 5 piece tender and added on additional 2 sauces was $26 for two people and plenty of food.
There was only a small wait as we went inside instead of the drive-thru. This happens at every single new restaurant that's opened in Orlando, so it should not be neither unexpected nor part of the review. The fries and tenders were pretty good! The variety of sauces was fun. The service was good, and the decor was phenomenal. I would have given it 5 stars, but the one can of beer at $5.50 was bit much
FLAVORTOWN for sure!! Around 1 pm we went inside and had no wait, quick service, and a tasty meal!! Apple Cinnamon cereal milkshake is to die for. Everything else was very delicious, with so many yummy sauce options it was hard to pick just two!! A lot of the negative reviews on here could be avoided if people just took 5 seconds to look at the menu in advance. Yes, the tenders are flatter than what a typical restaurant serves but they?re 1000% better in my opinion. Crispy, well seasoned, and made with nothing but the highest quality ingredients. Will definitely be coming here again!
