The food was excellent, and it ended up being more affordable than the cafeteria next door. Plus, there was no need to fight for a table.

I can't believe they charge $8 for a soft serve ice cream. I clearly didn't know the price and now I feel like a fool. I regret going to this place and urge others to avoid it. Save yourself from being ripped off like I was. The cone wrapper says "JOY JOY" but all I feel is disappointment from this scam. Trust me, it's not worth it. The cashier's comment after my shocked reaction at the checkout only confirmed my feelings. If you'd rather have a soft pretzel, go ahead - it'll cost you $15. Enjoy!

This is a beautiful building, with friendly staff. In fact, I think it's far nicer than the one in Aspen! The problem, and why I have such a low rating, is because it's dirty! A no point did I see anyone sanitizing or cleaning ANYTHING! We visited on a Tuesday afternoon at the end of July, 2022. The bathrooms were disgusting! I left a paper towel on the counter and an hour and a half later, it was still there. The toilets look like they never get cleaned and if they do, they certainly are not using anything that disinfects. The grim looks old! A subway bathroom in NYC would be in par with this bathroom. The restaurant table and chairs could all use a good scrubbing down. The water fountain looks like you'd get sick if you drank from it. Everything just felt and looked dirty! One doesn't want to worry about how sick they are going to get by eating here! They should be embarrassed in their lack of sanitation. Maybe the health inspector should visit more often!

We've been to Sunspot the last two days for lunch, and have loved it! The turkey havarti sandwich is amazing! Great service at this spot on the mountain.

As expected, this place is really busy during ski season weekends. I had lunch there and thought it was good. I am not a skier, so it would be nice to have an option to validate for the gondola if you're spending a certain amount of money to eat there.
