This place has down the hill in the last months. Serious service and terrible food. they need new management and a new cook! the chef constantly confused submissions then is rude when they call or go back to correct the order

Ordered delivery last night was told 45m ..no problem...after 45m I received a call they were on the way ...well my food never came ..called back the number from the call I received..no answer...needless to say two hours passed and I never received amy order ....poor customer service for sure ..

Large chic parm. Only one small piece of chicken on each side. All bread. By time it for delivery to me after hour it was cold and also not good. Will never order from here again

Called for 2 wings orders. Came in burned out, smiled oily as much as you can imagine. Called back and explained. The person on the phone said he will change the oil and send new wings order. The new order came, and guess what? Came in exactly as the first order!!!! Highly disappointed!!

This place was my life raft through the quarantine and beyond. Reasonable delivery fees, good prices and great food. Their Brazilian style burgers make “the fix” and their overpriced burgers look like a bad joke.Also, I feel like they are ALWAYS open. Every single time I’m on a delivery app and everything’s closed, I know JJs is open and delivering. That’s amazing.
